Physical & Events Safety & Security Training
As we head into another election year, we’re excited to share an upcoming learning opportunity focused on office and event safety and security practices. This training will be hosted by WisDems in partnership with the Democracy Security Project, who bring deep expertise and experience in this area.
The Democracy Security Project (DSP) was launched in 2024 by leaders and organizers with deep experience dealing with online and offline threats over the course of their careers. DSP has trained over 9,000 individuals across 50 states, equipping civil society leaders and teams with the tools to stay safe and resilient.
The goal of the session is to provide practical guidance that county parties can use to help create safer office and event environments. Please see the course description below, and use the registration link at the bottom to sign up for this offering!
